CANCELLATION POLICY

Pending Status: If your booking request is in a pending status (i.e., before payment has been received), you can cancel your request directly from your account on our website.
Approved Status: Once your payment has been processed and your request has been changed to approved status, cancellations must be initiated by contacting our customer service team. Please call us at 1-610-607-3533 to start the cancellation process.
Should you need to cancel a booking, we offer two options:
**50% Refund**
You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost, credited back to your original payment method. Please note that any applicable processing fees will not be refunded.
**100% Credit**
You can opt for a 100% credit towards a future booking with us.
